Helping kids to be mindful of their body and their feelings helps them build self-regulation and emotional intelligence. In fact, research indicates that teaching children mindfulness can help them make better decisions, improve their ability to pay attention and identify and calm their own emotions.

These workshops are offered daily and focus on a different aspect of mindfulness each day. Your child can come along each day or just do a single session.
